When I moved to Moscow my boys were 8 months and 2 years old. I found out about Co-op from a new-comers pack my husband got from the University. Going to Co-op was the very first thing I did when I got here. I called Karyl Davenport who was then a director and she said, "Come on down tomorrow!" Well, after I got over my jet lag I did. Co-op was the perfect thing to do as a new person in town and as a mom of two small kids. It gave me support, structure for my days and weeks, and introduced me to so many people who are still my friends today . |

MPTC made an impact on my son by offering him a place to learn social skills and interact with other children. It provided a place for me to meet other parents and make friends. Were grateful to MPTC for helping us connect to the Moscow community. |

MPTC was a lifesaver for me when, at the age of 35, I had my son Matthew. My girls were 16 and 13 years old, and I really needed a group of young families and children. We have made lasting friends through MPTC! |

Co-op gave me a sense of family and a place to find friends and advice when I was new to this area. I still have those friends and am still getting that advice to this day. The people I love and cherish today, and my children's best friends all came from Co-op. When we first arrived, an older member of the university community suggested we join Co-op. He recounted how when he first came 25 years ago, that was where his family first met their closest friends, which they also have to this day. Co-op isn't just about when your kids are preschoolers...it's about lasting relationships, friendships and an incredible support group. |
