Funds raised by the Moscow Mardi Gras Celebration, are returned to the youth of our community in the form of grants for programs and special projects.
Each year in December the Moscow Mardi Gras Board of Directors solicites grant applications for community based youth projects and organizations, and in January awards funds raised the previous March.
The Moscow Mardi Gras is a non-profit, volunteer organization, and is totally supported by our sponors, volunteers, and the party goers of Moscow and the Palouse.
