On to page 3 Our long life puja practice are held every last Saturday
of the month. Usually this practice is done at our center at 6:30 pm. But
this month the practice will be at Ruby Valentine's home, also at 6:30,
and will be a potluck dinner. We're doing this so we can practice the
singing and hand movements involved in the ceremony, following a videotape
with Chuck Damov doing the practice.
The puja ceremony is a lot of fun, involving singing and musical
instruments, lovely hand motions (called "mudras") and beautiful imagery
in the text, all of these an offering to the Enlightened Ones. Come join
us for the practice (as well as for the long life ceremony for Rinpoche,
which is now scheduled for September). Bring musical instruments and a
potluck dish and join in the fun!

March 15 - 21 TARA MEDITATIONS Golden Blue Lotus Tara practitioners will be doing Tara meditation during this time. All are welcome to join this retreat.
April 20-30 Chod Retreat Zuru Ling Chod Club will be doing the Five Dakini Chod retreat. All Chod initiates are welcome to join this retreat. Rinpoche may drop in occasionally if he has time.

Annual Work Party: Our work parties are designed to allow our far flung sangha to come together in work and prayer, to enjoy our newly acquired spiritual home. Participants may stay at the retreat house free of charge during the work party as long as they are working on the property.
