One evening in February, Zasep Tulku Rinpoche made a very special gift to all of us. Robert Parks, a musician, songwriter, and producer, who lives here in Moscow, had invited Rinpoche into his home and music studio to record a very special CD. Nearly four hours (and two kettles of tea) later, Rinpoche and Robert emerged from the studio, a little tired, but very happy with the work they had done. The CD (which is just over seventy minutes in length) is something that Rinpoche's students everywhere can treasure for the rest of their lives.
Included on the CD are the Refuge Prayer, Lama Tsongkhapa mantras, the Long Mandala Offering, the Long Chod Sadhana (according to the Ganden ear-whispered lineage), Eight Praises to Heruka, Eight Praises to Vajrayogini, and the Kusali Tsog. Our many, many thanks to our kind and generous teacher, Zasep Tulku Rinpoche, for giving his time, energy, and talents to this project. The melodies, often so difficult to learn to the western ear, will soon be easily accessible to all. Thank you so much Rinpoche!
Robert did a wonderful job with recording, editing, and producing the CD. The GBLT Meditation Center owes Robert a tremendous debt of gratitude for the time and effort he has so willingly donated. Without his generosity, this project could never have happened. Thank you Robert!
The CD will cost $15 (US), plus applicable tax and shipping and handling.
