On to Tara Vol. 2 page 3Mahamudra Teaching and Vajrasattva Initiation - Teaching
We had the pleasure to travel to Moscow with our beloved teacher Zasep Tulku Rinpoche and Sharon Gretzinger, President of Zuru Ling in Vancouver. As always we were warmly welcomed by our Dharma sisters and brothers of the Golden Blue Lotus Tara Center.
The public talk about the six perfections was attended by approximately 70 people. Many interesting questions were asked, allowing our precious guru Zasep Tulku to show his great wisdom, compassion, and humor. The mahamudra teaching and meditation the next day were well attended and unfolded into a profound experience.
On Sunday we received Vajrasattva Yab-Yum initiation (Higher Tantra: White Buddha of Purification.) The initiation was followed by a teaching to deepen our understanding, to give advice for our practice, and to answer our manifold questions. As time passed the profound result of this purification was pretty obvious!
Between the teachings we enjoyed connecting with people and had a lot
of fun. We would like to express our gratitude to our Sangha brothers and
sisters for their dedication, friendliness, and hospitality. So many friends
worked together to make this weekend an unforgettable one. And a heartfelt
thank you to our spiritual friend Zasep Tulku Rinpoche for being who he
is and sharing it with us as well.
