On to Tara News page 2Welcome to the first Golden Blue Lotus Tara newsletter! For those who are interested in the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhadharma, our center brings the opportunity for its authentic teachings, instructions, and practice to the Palouse community.
We are most fortunate to enjoy the auspices of our spiritual head, Zasep Tulku Rinpoche. Rinpoche is the 13th incarnation of the Zasep lineage, and is very highly regarded as a teacher of Tibetan Buddhism for Westerners. It was at his request, one year ago, that we began this dharma center in Moscow. Since that time, a wonderful sangha has developed!
Rinpoche will visit as often as his schedule will permit, to give teachings and empowerments.

We are very happy to announce that our teacher, the Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche, will be visiting our center August 1st through 3rd.
Rinpoche will give a public talk on loving kindness and an empowerment and teaching on the mediational deity Tara.
Public Talk
Rinpoche will give a public talk at the Community Center in Moscow on the evening of August 1 at 7:30 p.m. He will speak about loving compassion (Bodhicitta).
Empowerment
Rinpoche will give the empowerment of the Green Tara deity at the Moscow Yoga Center on Saturday, August 2 at 2 p.m.
Teachings
Rinpoche will give a day of teachings concerning the history and practice of the deity Green Tara. The teachings will be held at the Moscow Yoga Center from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Only those who have taken the Green Tara initiation may attend this teaching.
