Scene Safety Training presented by Latah Sheriff's Dept.

January 19, 2000, saw Latah Sheriff's detective and community service officer, Kurtis Hall, speak to most of the Deary Ambulance crew and a few members of the Troy Ambulance. Detective Hall discussed traffic control procedures and crime scene situtations. Many questions were asked by audience members about what preferences that the Sheriff's Department had regarding different situations which EMTs on scene might encounter. |
EMT Class Now In Session
12 community members signed up for the EMT class. This 120-hour class graduated in May 2000. In the photo above, Dean Neufeld (r), Region II EMS Director for the State of Idaho presents a class on legal issues and the EMT. The class is taught by Deary instructors, Leslie Pratt and Carla Gallegos. |
